What-a-Man.

What a mighty good man I have. Yes, he has his moments just like he said, but show me one who doesn’t. Then show me a man who will apologize when he realizes he has made a mistake. Craig is a man who considers my opinions, who goes out of his way to make sure I am happy, and he makes a point every day to tell me he loves me.

Many times people say I love you, but never show it. Ephesians 5:25 says, ” And you husbands must love your wives with the same love Christ showed the church. He gave up his life for her…” I have watched Craig so many times show his love for me in the same ways that Christ showed the church. He doesn’t even realize it. He gave up his own life when he chose to marry me, we became one. Craig is the most honest man I know. Sometimes too honest. Lol. Read more…

What Are Friends For?

As many of you know I have had a really hard time since I have been without Hardy and Lindy. I could not tell you the number of times I have cried. I can tell you that God has heard every cry. You know how I know that? He sent me my friends. They don’t know it but His strength for me has come through them. Read more…

My Wonderful Wife

I wanted to write and let everyone know about “My Wonderful Wife”!

To be completely honest things have been hard for Angela since we have moved to Lubbock, with the battle for the children, being led to believe we were going to get the kids for the summer, then not getting the kids. There have been many nights that she cries herself to sleep.

We are very happy with each other, and where we live…even though I do throw a fit every now and then, when I don’t get my way.

Yesterday was one of those days when I threw a fit for no good reason. Well…I thought it was a good reason at the time. It was over diner. Read more…

Every Which Way But Loose

Work has been absolutely crazy here lately. If you don’t know, I am the only support technician for the North Permian Region at the moment. I am not exactly sure how many users I support, but there are a lot. I have hope that soon they will hire some help but until then I am the “Go To Guy”

I have people who expect me to do miracles, such as “I have three contractors starting today. Did you get the computers order yet, and will they be here tomorrow?“, An then there are the people that expect me to know how every program in the Oil field operate, and where the data is stored…because I’m in IT. Antique Computing

I want to apologize for not keeping the site updated more often. I am trying to get a photo gallery up and running, but I’m having a few problems. I also am working to create my own custom theme for the site. This whole process is taking a while because my poor beloved iMac is now a senior citizen. Read more…

Lindy’s Beautiful Room

Today Craig and I worked on Lindy’s room. If you know her you know she loooves pink. She always says she is God’s little princess. We are working on making the room fit for the princess she is. They will be coming back to Lubbock with us May 28th for the summer and we cannot wait. You have no idea how much we miss them. It has been really tough. I know you mothers understand. Every night Hardy and Lindy would come get in the bed with me in the middle of the night. Read more…

To blessed to be stressed…..

…to anointed to be disappointed. That’s how it is. We have had our troubles, but we have and will persever. When we had to make this move to Lubbock everything worked out smoothly, but one thing. The devil had to hit me where it would hurt me the most, my children. God is working it out though. This was the enemies attempt to stop God’s will. The devil comes to still, kill and devour, but he can’t stop God’s will, not here. Craig and I walk to close to God to allow Him to take any more from us. God’s word says that, “….the obedient will eat of the good of the land.” God has been nothing, but faithful to His word. He has blessed me with an awesome man of God, I could not say enough about him, and three good, beautiful, smart and healthy children. He has given us shelter that is better than anything I have ever had and has made away for us to have the furniture we desired in it. He has blessed us with great jobs. The awesome thing is, He has just begun. I love the Lord, and to think He has so much more in store. I am so thankful I didn’t give up when it got tough.

Movin’ On Up

I just wanted to give God the glory for my new promotion at work. I have been promoted from a contract employee to a real live Oxy employee.

I now know that all the hardships that Angela and I have faced were just preparing us for what God has in store for us. I will keep you all posted on how it is all going.

Hello world!

Angela, and I had a great time this weekend at the Most Excellent Way outreach in Lufkin. It was a very long drive, getting there, but the fellowship was well worth the time.
